Cheryl leads ITG's people strategy, bringing over 20 years of experience in the impact travel and school expeditions sector and nearly a decade specialising in HR. Her combination of deep industry knowledge and HR expertise shapes a people-first culture across all ITG brands, ensuring colleagues are supported to grow and thrive. Having seen the business evolve over two decades from the inside, she brings valuable perspective to every stage of the employee journey.

Mark leads ITG's digital strategy, overseeing the CRM, business intelligence systems and customer web applications that keep the collective running. With over a decade of experience in the impact travel sector, his understanding of how the business operates on the ground shapes every technical decision he makes. He is central to ITG's ongoing improvement and the infrastructure that connects eight brands into one coherent group.

Nicole leads marketing and communications across the ITG collective, bringing expertise in brand strategy, storytelling and digital communications. A Chartered Marketer with a sharp focus on authentic narrative, she ensures the ITG standard is reflected in everything the group puts into the world. When she is not at her desk you will find her on the water, crewing for an offshore racing team.

Margo leads education and sustainability across ITG, bringing over 23 years’ experience as a geography lead and sustainability education consultant. Creator of the award-winning Global Citizenship Pathway, she helps schools embed sustainability into culture and learning. Her work focuses on the transformative power of experiential learning and its influence on young people’s attitudes, behaviours and future choices.

Alison is Financial Controller for the ITG group, responsible for consolidating financial management across all regions and maintaining the cashflow, budgeting and forecasting that underpins the collective. An FCCA qualified accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial operations, she brings a rigorous background from the transport and manufacturing sectors that keeps the group's financial standards as uncompromising as its impact ones. Her focus spans Group cashflow, budgeting, forecasting and the day-to-day management of the transactional finance team in the UK.

Laura brings eight years of experience building partnerships across Latin America, East Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with particular depth across the Gulf region where she is based. As Head of Partnerships, she connects ITG's brands with the schools, institutions and organisations that travel with them. A qualified Expedition Leader with ten expeditions across three continents, she understands the journey from both sides.

Tom discovered the life-defining power of international travel on a service learning trip to South America, a turning point that set the course for his career. After spells in teaching and IT project management, he returned to his first love and founded World Endeavors in 2002, building it into a leading provider of programmes for learners and travellers worldwide. As Company Secretary, he now holds the governance and statutory responsibilities that keep the group compliant and accountable.
